We founded the Females and Finance Forum with one goal in mind: giving our members the most user-friendly and professional platform for a serious discussion about recruitment, training, and advancement of feminine talent. This includes discussions about our business and entrepreneurship, too. Sheryl Hickerson, FLMI
CEO | Founder
A 30-year veteran of the financial services space, Sheryl Hickerson is an international speaker, diversity change agent, community building strategist, and social media evangelist.
Personal: Sheryl is married to that guy ---> and is the momma to five kids, grandmother to nine, and occasionally tries to read in her "free time".
New to the financial services profession, Darrell Hickerson has been a twenty-year member of the medical profession. He brings a wealth of knowledge in community building strategy, financial reporting, and relationship management.
Personal: Darrell is married to the gal on the left, has an energetic tweenager, and loves bobbleheads, the St. Louis sports teams, and has a pretty strong sock game.
Jenna Madjlessi has been involved with Females and Finance since its creation (otherwise known as free labor during the start-up phase). Jenna enjoys interacting with the members and is a valuable resource to the F&F Community-At-Large.
Personal: Jenna is the youngest daughter of Sheryl, loves musicals, plays the piano, and is an avid Harry Potter fan!

Kristin Andree founded The Andree Group in 2009 after a successful career as an advisor and managing director in the financial services industry. She is a business strategist, high performance coach, speaker, mom, martial artist and host of the “No Limits with Kristin Andree” podcast. Her mission is to coach, challenge, and empower others to lead passion-filled, powerful and prosperous lives. Her primary focus is developing tailored business solutions and life strategies that allow you to live life on your terms: being intentional in your choices, excelling in your career, and having lots of fun along the way!
Barb Provost, EdD, M.Ad.Ed, MBM
Barbara is President of Provost Consulting and Founder of Purse Strings. As an adult educator, Barbara has 25+ years of experience in the insurance and financial industry creating innovative learning strategies and programs. She is an expert consultant on the critical need for the financial industry to engage and advance the needs of women.
Cameo Roberson, AAMS®
San Francisco, California
Cameo manages a dual practice at Atlas Park. She is at the intersection of intelligent business solutions and personal finance advice. In one area, she is focused on practice management expertise as a virtual COO, helping financial advisors focus on the tools and activities needed to maintain and grow a financial planning business. In the other area, she is building road maps to success. Overall, Cameo coaches women on how to navigate a pivot from corporate life into entrepreneurship with a financial plan and business strategy.
Danielle Burns, MBA, AIF®
Danielle is Vice President, Head of Business Development for CNote, a women-led investment platform that helps investors earn a better return while investing in the causes and communities that matter to them. Danielle is committed to helping narrow the wealth gap by providing education and resource support to the nations most under-served communities. Danielle and her family live in Noblesville, IN.

Sheryl is an international speaker on social media and digital marketing, has spoken at more than a hundred financial services events, and is a community-building strategist.
Anne Marie Noreck, MBA

Anne Marie is an energetic insurance partner to financial advisors across the country. She partners with financial service professionals to develop, execute and maintain a strategy for growth that is unique to their business. Anne Marie specializes in sales and marketing for insurance planning and provides a multitude of resources to help financial advisors manage life insurance, annuity, disability, and long-term care planning needs.
Jennifer Tierney Connelly serves as Vice President, Alternative
Distribution at Highland Capital Brokerage. Jennifer is currently a member of AALU and served on the Brokerage Task Force and Women’s Task Force of AALU. She was a featured presenter at the largest Women’s conference in the United States in Boston, MA in 2014 and 2015 and has also been the Executive Key Note speaker at an internal John Hancock Women’s conference in 2014. In 2016, she was recognized by LIMRA as “Top 25 Rising Stars in Distribution.”
Beth Moss serves as Regional Vice President of Producer's Choice Network. Beth's passion is helping advisors protect and grow their business with the incorporation of insurance-based financial products. Her expertise is in the areas of Long Term Care, Life Insurance, Income, Retirement and Protective planning with a passion for assisting others to prepare for the unexpected. Life is a journey as are everyone’s individual financial planning needs.
